What this site is not

It is not a dating service. We do not host profiles, run matching, arrange introductions, or put anyone in contact with anyone else. There is no directory of people here and never will be.

It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, or medical advice. Relationship structures interact with marriage law, tenancy, custody, and immigration in ways that differ by country and by situation. Nothing published here accounts for your circumstances, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

It is not a substitute for the conversation. Everything here is written to help three people talk to each other more clearly. None of it can tell you what those people actually want, and none of it is evidence of what anyone consented to.

We try to be accurate and to say plainly when something is uncertain or contested. Pages carry an update date. We correct errors rather than silently revising, and we do not present a claim as settled when the underlying evidence is not.
